Winlee’s story began in 2005. Our founding team first focused on selling electric motorcycles, gaining deep insight into how the industry operates and what users truly need.

Back then, LEVS in China still had limitations in design and performance, but this experience laid a solid foundation for our later transition from sales to manufacturing.

We decided to move from sales to manufacturing and built our first electric motorcycle production line.

During R&D, Winlee tackled industry‑wide braking issues and developed a safer solution, greatly improving vehicle stability and safety.

As market experience and technical capabilities grew, Winlee products gained attention overseas and entered the Middle Eastern market through export channels.

Our products earned consumer trust in Iraq with outstanding performance, opening Winlee’s first door to internationalization.

The “Winlee” brand was officially registered, beginning a new phase of R&D and production tailored to Middle Eastern market needs.

We also formed a professional R&D team whose members average over ten years of industry experience, providing strong support for product innovation and consistent quality.

Winlee invested deeply in core components—batteries, motors, tires and control systems—gradually building our own LEV ecosystem.

With reliable performance and consistent quality, our products expanded across the Middle East and earned steadily growing user acclaim.

We established manufacturing bases in Guangzhou, Wuxi, Yichun and Xuzhou, forming a comprehensive production and supply system.

This enables both scale and customization to meet diverse market needs.

As overseas sales surpassed USD 30 million, Winlee entered a phase of rapid growth.

Electric two‑wheelers became our signature product line, and high‑performance batteries one of the most trusted offerings among overseas customers.
